The New Parent/Foster Parent Welcome Kit program provides each eligible employee an $80.00 Babylist voucher which can be redeemed for expert-selected and real-parent-tested baby gear products, or applied towards the purchase of an eligible item over $80.00.
To be eligible to receive the Babylist Voucher employees must;

Be a regular full or part-time employee of Salem Health Hospitals and ClinicsHave completed their initial introductory period of 6 months before the birth or placement of the childHave a new child added to their family through the following means after November 1, 2020; Birth, Adoption, Foster Placement
